I HATE Monday mornings and I’m sure I’m not alone, but there are some ways to make Monday mornings better.
1. Wake up and smile–appreciate that you have been given the gift of another Monday.
2. Have oatmeal for breakfast. Oatmeal will give you plenty of energy to start the day.
3. Listen to music as you get ready–you’ll cheer up instantly.
4. Wear your favorite outfit. Make yourself look good. If you look good you’ll feel good.
5. Drink coffee because coffee is spectacular.
6. Take a few minutes to just sit quietly and gather your thoughts–relax.
