Four years ago I started writing The Road Less Run blog for no real reason. I just woke up one day and decided that this is what I was going to do. Four years later, I still write and post as much as I can, though not as much as I would like to. Sometimes life is hectic and writing a blog post falls to the bottom of my list of responsibilities. Nonetheless, I always find my way back to the blog because it has become such a part of who I am, and it has been a way for me to delve into my thoughts and process whatever is happening in my life. I’ve written about everything, some things more than others, but I’ve always tried to be completely transparent. I’ve done this not for my readers, but for myself. It is important to me to be who I am and writing has always been a way for me to present my thoughts exactly as they are.
As The Road Less Run turns four I am at a loss for what to write because so much has already been written. So much has changed and yet so much has stayed the same. Below are a list of posts that really highlight what this blog is:
When the leaves are too many colors to count
A letter to my former athletes
Living out a dream is never a dream
Sport psychology masters degree
You’ve been through so much in the last 4 years and I’m proud to be your friend.
